I was inspired by the opening sequence of David Lynch's "Lost Highway." These never-ending pictures of the highway inspired me to create something. While driving at night through these endless streets, everyone can feel the energy and mood. While I didn't know what or why, I had a suspicion that something was going on this street. A certain intuition led to it. Perhaps as a result of seeing too many movies, I had in mind a certain appearance that I just wasn't able to understand.
I questioned why people have outward appearances. If a certain emotional state in individuals or a particular religious belief is what's behind it. How does it seem? Other questions include, "What makes the air or the tiny molecules visible to scientists?" “Is making an appearance visible possible?”
So, I worked with mathematics (geometry and platonic bodies), physics (tension, magnetism, and levitation), and astronomy (planets, moons, and asteroids). This resulted in a "pentagonal dodecahedron" that envelops a traditional Venetian mask called "Virginia Purpurea." I collect these masks, and they occasionally appear in my paintings. I adored the name; it is as pure and innocent as Maria's "image of grace," a sign of virtue, forgiveness, or optimism, but also of life itself.
During Greece's golden age, experiments were conducted that dealt with the five platonic solids. Our whole cosmos, including all plants, animals, and humans, is structured according to the sacred geometry guidelines. Although the "hexahedron" represents the earth and the "icosahedron" represents the element water, the "dodecahedron" represents the etheric realm that links the cosmic and the earthly.
It became a type of secret doctrine that only high-ranking scholars were permitted to work with this information in Plato's day, resulting in the common public's loss of understanding of time. It is only now that it is being rediscovered.
While I was working on the painting, I was listening to Mando Diao's new album, AELITA. Aelita is a 1924 Soviet silent film based on the novel of the same name by Alexei Tolstoy, which influenced the creation of science fiction. The creative circle is therefore complete
